Finishing

How finished should the videos be?

Fully finished includes all five layers below.

Motion graphics and full finishing need a one-time motion brand kit ($750): your client's fonts, colors, caption style, lower thirds and logo animation, built once and reused on every video.

Feedback and revisions

Every video includes 2 revision rounds within the approved brief.

Add a client review portal ($1,500 setup + $250 a month; monthly plans only)
Your client watches each video in a private review page, pauses, and types a note pinned to that exact second. Text, captions, titles, timing, sound and music changes are applied automatically and a new version comes back, usually the same day. Footage changes are prepared automatically and regenerated within the included rounds. Every change is logged so nothing gets lost in email.

Key terms

Prices on this page are estimates. The signed proposal locks them.
Generation costs are included. Any extra charge is agreed in writing before work starts.
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month. Single videos and setup fees are paid upfront. Invoices are due in 7 days; late invoices carry 1.5% a month (or the legal maximum if lower), and work pauses after 7 days late.
After the first month, monthly plans run month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Unused videos do not roll over.
Each video includes 2 revision rounds within the approved brief. Changing the brief after approval counts as a new video.
Your client owns the delivered videos once paid in full, subject to the generation platforms' commercial terms. We work white-label and never show the work publicly without permission.
Original characters only. Some content can be blocked by model safety filters; we flag it before production, never after.
Turnaround: setup 3 to 5 business days; single videos 3 business days from an approved brief; monthly plans in weekly (15), twice-weekly (30) or daily (60, after a 2-week ramp-up) batches, 3 business days each; revisions 2 business days per round.
The system option is licensed to you while the monthly plan is active. You own everything you generate and your provider accounts.
